By using Lunnos AI, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the application.

1. Description of Service

Lunnos AI is an AI-powered application that provides conversational responses, creative content, guidance, entertainment, and similar features. All responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice.

2. Use of the Application

You may use the app only for lawful and ethical purposes.

You agree NOT to use the app to:

• Encourage or participate in illegal activities
• Generate harmful, offensive, obscene, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Violate the rights of others
• Request or create inappropriate content involving minors

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Lunnos AI may offer free and premium features.

• Premium features activate upon purchase of a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
• Refunds follow the App Store or Google Play refund policies, not the developer’s.

The developer reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.

4. Privacy

Lunnos AI values user privacy. Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

5. Generated Content

Content generated by Lunnos AI:

• May not always be accurate, reliable, or appropriate
• Should not be considered medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice
• Is used at the user’s own risk

The user is fully responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, texts, visuals, code, and other components of the application are the intellectual property of the developer and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Changes and Termination

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The app is provided “as is.”

The developer is not responsible for:

• Errors, technical failures, or data loss
• Incorrect or misleading AI-generated content
• Any interruption or malfunction of the service

No guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless local jurisdiction requires otherwise.
